I am a Barrister-at-Law practising in all areas of commercial law.  Whilst the term 'commercial law' can have a broad meaning, my areas of practice involve corporations law, information technology, domain name disputes, telecommunications, intellectual property, property law, trade practices, equity and trusts, contract, defamation and contempt. 

I principally practise in the Federal jurisdictions and the State Courts of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania. 

The role of a barrister is referred to separately in this site, however, in summary it is a role within the legal profession that provides specialist advocacy services. Services provided by a barrister include representation in a Court or Tribunal, the drafting of pleadings and other documents and the provision of advice as to the relevant law.
